3 Keys to Permanent Weight Loss NO ONE Is talking about

There is a lot of information on the internet, on TV, on your feed about how to lose weight, but unfortunately they are trying to tell you that it is easy and it is your fault if you are unsuccessful at losing weight...

What happened to the customer is always right in the diet industry?

It's a perfect play.

Make people, in particular women feel insecure about their body, the way they look, make them feel inferior.
Get them to do a diet... something that does not give the majority of people lasting results and slows down their metabolism making it easier to regain the weight.
Then, tell them it is their fault it didn't work.

You will always have customers with this model and gain more by making more women feel insecure and keep putting the desired outcome out just a little bit further.

I have seen so many amazing, beautiful women fall victim to this trap... but I do not want that to be you.

I want you to know what areas you really need to tackle to get lasting weight loss

Faith

You need tour life to be built on one thing... and by thing I mean person, God. He should be at the center of your life!

He should be the one thing you are focusing on and addressing. Making your life focused and seeing how God and your relationship with Him infiltrates every area of your life. Seeing how tending to this one relationship changes your approach in every area of your life!

How growing you faith and focusing on God build unshakeable confidence, brings hope, strength and direction into your life. This is needed to weather the storms of life while on this health journey.

Emotional Health

So many people have a hard time with emotional eating, yet most diets do not address this. At best, they tell you to eat a slightly different food,  but fail to mention getting to the root of the issue.


I have done a lot of training on emotional health over the years to best serve my clients and here are my top two suggestions:

1. You need to look at your triggers and your desires.
If you know what typically motivates your actions this may be a start to see if you are fulfilling a God sized hole with food.  Turn to Him about the desires that you have and process why you are upset and what you are longing for and ask God or search scripture how He fills that hole and meets that deep desire.
For example, if you like achieving and accomplishing things. You will be more likely to be upset if you do not finish a project or something goes wrong. Then, you can turn to God and get His perspective to realize you do not need to achieve or accomplish anything. He loves you as you are right not. You are always His perfect daughter without achieving whatever you were going after.

2. You need to see what emotions are making you eat. The first step is identifying the emotion.
Then, you need to process these emotions with God. Write them out, cry do whatever. Be unfiltered with God... He loves you and already knows what you are thinking so you may as well stop trying to hide it from Him because it will never work. 
Once you are done, LISTEN to Him.
Listen to what He says about the situation or person.
Pray about it and thank God for His perspective on the situation.


Strategy

You need a personalized strategy for your life that teaches you how to approach your goals by focusing on things you can control and things that can be accomplished with your life right now.

A strategy that is built on grace and LEARNING.

Contrary to popular belief getting healthy is a SKILL. It is not willpower. It is a process of learning how to adapt and what works for YOU!

Your strategy should lead you to rely on God and His strength every step of the way because not only does His strength have no limits, apart form God, you can do nothing good. You cannot bear good fruit apart from God - and getting healthy is good fruit that He cares about.
