Imagine yourself walking inside an abandoned, empty, old room. What would you do inside that room? Now, imagine walking inside a cozy living room with a couch, thick blanket, and beautiful decorations. Will you still do what you thought of on the first room? I’m pretty sure you imagined yourself doing different activities inside these rooms. Even if you’re the same person with the same energy level and emotional state when you walk in your actions would still be different. This is a clear example of how our environment affects our actions. Now our goal is to figure out how to make the environment more suited for our health and lifestyle goals.
There are a couple of different ways on how we can do it. I will discuss 4 ways that could help you build healthy habits for weight loss. Then, we will get to implementing it.
I get it, you hear “simple and easy” solutions lose weight that have nothing to do with God, but those programs have a huge failure rate. Those programs are not trying to make you healthy and give you freedom. A lot of times they are just trying to make money and keep you longing for more pushing the carrot out a little further for to keep their clients buying…
I know it can be difficult to overcome emotional eating which is why I put together my top ways to stop emotional eating for you. these strategies work! They have helped my clients (and myself) eliminate emotional eating by being better equip to process and handle with emotions.
Being consistent involves a lot more than just trying harder. It is a lot deeper than what most people talk about. Trust me, I read up on what there people are saying often, they were not talking about what I am going to share with you.
On your weight loss journey you want to make sure that your mindset and thoughts are rooted and based in God’s True Word.
A lot of times women have untrue negative self talk that they speak over themselves, It is really important to remember this Proverb, “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” (Proverbs 18:21)
Being diligent about the words that you say over yourself is really important. The words that you say have a big influence and when you draw attention to them you realize how negative and destructive those words can be. I encourage you to not only bring your attention to your thoughts, but to also replace them with these powerful affirmations based off of God’s Word
There is a lot of information on the internet, on TV, on your feed about how to lose weight, but unfortunately they are trying to tell you that it is easy and it is your fault if you are unsuccessful at losing weight...
What happened to the customer is always right in the diet industry?
It's a perfect play.
Make people, in particular women feel insecure about their body, the way they look, make them feel inferior.
Get them to do a diet... something that does not give the majority of people lasting results and slows down their metabolism making it easier to regain the weight.
Then, tell them it is their fault it didn't work.
You will always have customers with this model and gain more by making more women feel insecure and keep putting the desired outcome out just a little bit further.
I have seen so many amazing, beautiful women fall victim to this trap... but I do not want that to be you.
I want you to know what areas you really need to tackle to get lasting weight loss
