There is a big problem with how people are told to approach dieting and weight loss. I mean look at the statistics, the BEST, most promising statistic I have seen is a 30% success rate. (This is with a really low bar of “success” too.)
If a teacher had 70% of students FAIL saying they have a “simple, easy and effective method,” do you think they would have a job? OR at least be trained on how to teach a different method?
I really hope not…
I hope you are starting to understand that you are not the problem it is the method or the diet. Most typical approaches to weight loss do not work long-term for the MAJORITY of people. You are not the issue it is the method.

A lot of people want to be healthy and ask how to lose weight the healthy way, but what is healthy? The definition of health is the general condition of the mind or body referring to both dependability and vitality (1), Other definitions include the functioning state of the physical, mental, social, and spiritual (2). When you really think about being healthy you may agree that you need to integrate the mind, body and spirit. While reading the bible, you see examples of God caring for individuals entire lives, not just physical or spiritual, making a holistic approach to your life even more important. When realizing all the aspects that need to be addressed to lead a completely healthy lifestyle it can be a bit of a balancing act, which really means you need to be even more diligent about keeping things prioritized. I did a little exercise where I prioritized: mind, soul, church, friends, diet, exercise, family, church, finances, job, and skills. I encourage you to do this exercise too and think about what would make a healthy balanced life for you.
