You just binged, or you just ate something unhealthy. You are feeling upset and frustrated. You feel like you are stuck in a cycle that you cannot escape. First of all, I want you to know that you are by no means alone. Second, there is abundant grace for you. Please do not beat yourself over this. Stop the judging it is not sustainable to never let yourself have something with zero nutritional benefit. You want to be healthy, and you do not need to have a 100% perfect diet to be healthy. We just need to have some way to grow from our food choices and experiences to bounce back to be stronger mentally and get back into our healthy eating habits.
